Table（食卓）

A dining table, where family and friends gather at home, is one of the most familiar, warm, and joyful places. We want people to experience that same “happiness of sharing a table” even when they dine outside. In other words, we aim to create experiences that blend the comfort and reassurance of home with the excitement and inspiration unique to dining out. That is why we chose to include “Table” in our company name.

家庭で家族や仲間と囲む食卓は、最も身近で温かく、幸せを感じられる場です。
私たちは、その「食卓を囲む幸せな体験」を、わざわざ外に出て食事をする際にも体験していただきたいと考えています。
つまり、家庭のように心地よい安心感と、外食ならではの新しい発見や感動が交わる体験 —— その想いを込めて「Table」を社名に取り入れました。

Republic（共和国／共同体）

“Republic” originates from the Latin term res publica, meaning “public matter” or “common good.”
It represents a community that is not governed by a monarch or a single ruler, but one where people participate equally and operate together.For us, Republic symbolizes an organizational culture where diverse individuals come together, think and act proactively, and build the future collectively with mutual respect.

「Republic」は、ラテン語の res publica（公共のもの、みんなのもの） に由来し、君主や特定の支配者に依存せず、人々が対等に参加し、共に運営する共同体を意味します。
私たちにとっての Republic とは、ダイバーシティを尊重する多様な仲間が集まり主体的に考え、行動し、共に未来を築く組織文化を象徴しています。

Table Republic が意味するもの(Meaning of Table Republic)

By combining these two words, Table Republic embodies our belief in
“creating a future as a community where diverse people share comfort and inspiration through food,
and participate equally in shaping happiness together.”

この二つを合わせた Table Republic という社名には、
「食を通じて安心と感動を共有し、多様な人々が対等に参加する共同体として、未来を創造する」
という思いが込められています。
